Qoros is a brand under Chery. The interior of Qoros adopts an overall black color scheme, with the layout of the center console and the design of the steering wheel continuing the family-style design of Qoros. In terms of exterior, the front face of Qoros features the family-style design, with sharp-looking headlights that incorporate light sources. For configurations, the Qoros 5 is equipped with a multimedia display, multi-function steering wheel, one-key start, and rear air vents. In terms of power, the Qoros 5 is powered by a 1.6T turbocharged engine, paired with a 6-speed dual-clutch transmission.

Qoros is a Chinese automotive brand, originally established through a collaboration between Chery Automobile and an Israeli company. Around 2013, it launched its first model, the Qoros 3 Sedan, which emphasized high safety standards and European-style design, aiming to compete with international brands. Those who have driven it will tell you that it offers a comfortable driving experience, spacious interior, and reasonable fuel consumption. However, it now faces production halts and challenges due to management issues and intense market competition. I believe it reflects Chinese automakers' efforts to break into the premium market, though execution fell short. Whether it can recover in the future depends on Baoneng Group's operations.

What impressed me most was Qoros' safety performance. I remember it once received a five-star safety rating in the European crash test, which was quite rare among domestic cars. The design was also beautiful, crafted by a former designer, appearing modern and stylish. The steering wheel was light and easy to handle, and the seats provided good support, making long-distance driving comfortable. Unfortunately, the brand is not very active now, and spare parts are hard to find. You need to consider after-sales convenience when buying a car.

The driving experience of the Qoros 3 is smooth engine output and steady acceleration, making it very suitable for daily urban commuting. The suspension system is tuned to be relatively soft, providing a comfortable ride over speed bumps without much jolting, and the noise control is well done. The interior uses eco-friendly materials with no unpleasant odors. The price is affordable, but the service network coverage is limited, making it troublesome to get repairs in case of a breakdown.

The Qoros brand was originally ambitious, a Sino-foreign joint venture aiming to challenge the high-end market. However, due to mistakes, it suffered severe losses and basically halted production. Now it belongs to the Baoneng Group, but recovery has been slow. From a business perspective, it made the mistake of over-positioning without a solid foundation, and its weak after-sales service system was also a major flaw.

I've researched Qoros cars, and as an ordinary buyer, the most appealing aspect is the cost-performance ratio: domestic pricing with European design flair, high safety features, and fuel efficiency. However, in practical use, concerns arise over spare parts scarcity and poor resale value. If they could enhance their service, it would indeed be a solid alternative for family vehicles.
