Requirements MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Complex vendor payment reconciliations, including required explanations to outside parties and resolutions Work with independent contractors to reconcile prepayments made, efforts towards refunds, and applications of payments towards services rendered Assist with month end closing activities: BS reconciliations and corrections  Full cycle AP functions: obtaining approval, recording, expense analysis, payment processing, and vendor management Doctor related A/P reconciliation and payment issuance based on terms Reviewing unpaid bills, unapplied credits, and outstanding uncashed checks from prior periods AP email management includes: current invoicing, research on past payments, discrepancies, or open invoices Intra-departmental cross training & support:  Full cycle A/R: billing, revenue upload, payment application/deposits, collections  Full cycle A/P: recording credit card expenses & corporate payables: coding & uploads, revenue offsetting payables, and issuing payments Other duties & special projects, as assigned and based on business needs.
