Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. - Exceptional organizational abilities to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly. - Previous experience with Service Titan software is highly preferred, as it will be a crucial tool in streamlining dispatching processes. - A customer-centric mindset, with the ability to provide outstanding service and support to our valued customers. - Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and reports. - Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively within a team. We’re a high-performance fitness coaching company looking for a skilled and experienced Appointment Setter/Lead Nurture Specialist to join our growing team. We generate 10–20 warm leads per day from our online campaigns, and we need a motivated, organized, and persuasive individual to take over appointment setting and initial lead conversations. This is a part-time role (3–4 hours/day) with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance.
