Assembling and installing your Chief LSCU Designer Video Cart requires following these steps for optimal safety and performance:

1. Cart Assembly:

   • Remove all parts and packing materials from the box, leaving only the main assembly (N).
   • Carefully lift the main assembly (N) and place it on the edge of the box.
   • Attach the coupler assemblies (U) to the main assembly (N), aligning the holes.
   • Secure the coupler assemblies (U) using M8 x 16mm flat head cap screws (V).
   • Attach the four legs (P and Q) to the coupler assemblies (U) using M8 x 16mm flat head cap screws (V).
   • Remove the assembled cart from the box by tipping it onto its wheels and locking them in place.
   • Adjust the cart height as needed.
   • Insert endcaps (J) into each side of the main assembly (N).
   • Attach each side handle (K) to the main assembly (N) using M8 x 100mm socket head cap screws (W).

2. Display Installation:

   • Choose the correct screws, nesting spacers, and universal washers from the hardware bag to attach to the back of the display.
   • Identify the appropriate mounting holes for your display on the cart.
   • Secure the display by inserting screws into the mounting holes and sliding the locking plate (M) over one screw for added stability.
   • Tighten all screws to ensure a secure connection of the display.

3. Lever Lock Install:

   • Insert the Lever Lock™ backplanes (T) into the designated slots on top of the faceplate assembly.
   • Ensure the Lever Lock™ backplanes (T) click into place, then follow the manufacturer's instructions for component attachment.

4. Cable Management:

   • Route your cables through the top and lower holes of the cart, organizing them as desired.
   • Use the cable covers to secure and conceal the cables.

5. Covers Installation:

   • Position the large cover (S) and small cover (R) along the designated slots.
   • Press the covers firmly against the cart until they are flush.
   • Slide the handle to the locked position for each cover.

6. Adjustments:

   • Follow the manual's instructions for height adjustments.
   • To adjust tilt, remove the display, set the desired tilt angle, and then reinstall the tilt adjustment screws.
