Here's how to troubleshoot the connection: First, ensure your mobile device is connected to your home's 2.4G Wi-Fi network with a strong signal. Download the Lefant Life app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and either register or log in. In the app, tap the '+' icon to add a device and follow the on-screen instructions to initiate network pairing on your robot vacuum. This usually involves turning on the side switch and pressing and holding the key for about 3 seconds until you hear a beep, then releasing. The robot should enter network configuration EZ mode, indicated by the start/pause button flashing blue quickly. In the app, select your preferred network pairing method (EZ or AP mode), as described in the manual. If using EZ mode, make sure your connects to the Wi-Fi network that starts with "SmartLife", then return to the app and start configuration.
