Having trouble connecting your Logitech MX Master 3S mouse to your computer via ? Let's troubleshoot. First, ensure your mouse is powered on and in pairing mode. Look for a rapidly blinking LED, typically the number 1 LED, located on the underside of the mouse. If it isn't blinking rapidly, press and hold the power button for about three seconds to activate it. Next, open your computer's Bluetooth settings: On Windows, go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth. On macOS, navigate to System Preferences and click Bluetooth. Now, initiate the pairing process. On Windows, click "Add Bluetooth or other device" and select "Bluetooth". On macOS, click the "+" button in the bottom left corner. Simultaneously, on your Logitech MX Master 3S mouse, press and hold the Easy-Switch button for three seconds. This will make the mouse discoverable, and the LED will blink faster. Your computer should then display the Logitech MX Master 3S mouse in the list of available devices; select it. If the mouse isn't appearing, try toggling Bluetooth off and on in your computer settings, or restart your computer. Follow any on-screen prompts to complete the pairing. Successful pairing is indicated by the LED on the mouse ceasing to blink and glowing steadily for approximately five seconds. If Bluetooth connection issues persist, consider using the included LOGI BOLT wireless receiver, or contact Logitech customer support for further assistance.
