Experiencing connection issues with your Logitech MX Master 3S mouse? Here's how to troubleshoot. First, ensure your mouse is powered on and in pairing mode. The LED indicator beneath the mouse should blink rapidly. If not, press and hold the power button for about 3 seconds to activate pairing. Next, access your computer's Bluetooth settings. On Windows, navigate to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth. On macOS, go to System Preferences and click Bluetooth. Initiate a device search by clicking "Add Bluetooth or other device" on Windows, selecting "Bluetooth" as the device type, or clicking the "+" button on macOS. On your Logitech MX Master 3S, press and hold the Easy-Switch button for 3 seconds. The mouse will then enter discoverable mode, and its LED will blink. On your computer, select your Logitech MX Master 3S from the list of available devices. If the mouse doesn't appear, try toggling your computer's Bluetooth off and on, or restart your computer. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the pairing. A successful connection will be indicated by a solid LED light on the mouse for a few seconds. If problems persist, consider using the included LOGI BOLT wireless receiver, or contact Logitech support for assistance.
