Connecting the Autoscript FC-WIRELESS-IP Autocue Wireless Foot Controller to its receiver involves a few straightforward steps. First, ensure your foot controller has a fresh 9V ; place it in the battery tray. Turn on the foot controller using the power button near the antenna until an orange light appears, indicating it is powered. Next, examine the receiver; a solid green LNK light confirms a successful pairing. A flashing red OPR light on the receiver means data is being sent between the foot controller and receiver. If you're having trouble, check the foot controller's battery level and replace the battery if needed. You can also inspect the transmitter inside the foot controller for any issues. Consider re-pairing the transmitter and receiver using the Handyport HPS-120 manual instructions. If the battery drains quickly, think about how often you use it, the type of battery you're using (rechargeables may have shorter lifespans), and the distance between the transmitter and receiver. If the controller shows green in WinPlus-IP but doesn’t work, remember that the green indicator in WinPlus-IP only shows connection to the G452-006 (UDS1100) Ethernet to serial adapter. Ensure connections from the adapter to the receiver and the receiver to the transmitter are correctly set up.
