Configuring the 7KT Discrete Panel Meter involves a few key steps to ensure it accurately monitors your system. First, enter the configuration mode by pressing and holding the F1 and F2 keys simultaneously for 5 seconds. Within the configuration menu, navigate through the pages using the F1 key. To modify a parameter, use the F2 key to edit the value, using it also to shift the cursor. Remember to save each parameter by holding the F2 key for 2 seconds. A key part of the setup involves setting your Current Transformer (CT) and Potential Transformer (PT) values. You can set the CT/PT primary values using F1 for 5 seconds. For instance, to set a value like 1300, start by setting the first digit. Then, shift to the kilo setting and adjust the decimal point to reach your desired value, saving after each adjustment. Always consult the configuration page table in the SMART 7KT manual to understand the available options and the default factory settings for each parameter. Be sure to select the appropriate network configuration (e.g., 3P4W, 3P3W) that matches your system. Accurately set your CT and PT primary and secondary values based on your system specifications. Finally, configure password settings and other security parameters as needed to secure access and operation of your SMART 7KT panel meter.
