Changan CS75's 1.5T model is equipped with the Blue Whale engine. An engine is a machine that can convert other forms of energy into mechanical energy, suitable for both power generation devices and the entire machine including the power device. Its types include internal combustion engines, external combustion engines, gas turbines, and electric motors. The Blue Whale engine is independently developed by Changan. It is a high-compression ratio direct injection engine that adopts new turbocharging technology. It integrates technologies such as TC exhaust turbocharging and RFF+HLA valve drive structure, and also incorporates direct injection technology. The Blue Whale engine delivers a maximum of 233 horsepower (171KW). The Blue Whale engine is not a single type of engine but a series of engines. Currently, Changan has only two Blue Whale engines: a 1.5T engine and a 1.4T engine, both of which are four-cylinder. However, Changan may introduce three-cylinder Blue Whale engines in the future. The power of the Blue Whale engine is one of its advantages. The Blue Whale NE power platform is China's first modular engine R&D platform. In addition to the 1.4T and 1.5T engines, it also includes engines with displacements ranging from 1.0 to 1.8L, as well as various power types such as 48V, HEV, and PHEV, offering strong expandability and high versatility.

I've also been paying attention to the Changan CS75 recently and have done quite a bit of homework for car selection. The Blue Whale engine stands out particularly in the CS75 PLUS series, as both the 1.5T and 2.0T models have been equipped with it since the 2020 version, especially the second-generation CS75 PLUS which comes standard with it across the entire lineup. I previously test drove the 2022 1.5T version, and the power response was exceptionally quick, with fuel consumption well controlled, making overtaking on highways very easy. The older CS75 models didn't come with the Blue Whale engine, but you can still find some 2021 Glory Million Edition models on the market, which also use the Blue Whale 1.5T engine. If you're considering buying a new car, I'd recommend directly looking at the new CS75 PLUS, as its three major components are more reliable, and the space design is more reasonable.

As someone who frequently researches domestic cars, I find Changan's Blue Core engine technology truly impressive. In the CS75 series, it's primarily the PLUS models that utilize this technology, with versions post-2020 all equipped with Blue Core power, such as the 1.5T GDI and 2.0T engines. The standard CS75 only features the Blue Core 1.5T in the later-released Glory Million Edition. In actual driving, the Blue Core engine delivers ample torque at low RPMs and pairs exceptionally smoothly with the Aisin transmission. Maintenance isn't complicated either, with service intervals similar to regular turbo engines. If you're considering a car change recently, the 2023 CS75 PLUS is worth focusing on, featuring a full lineup of Blue Core engines and a newly designed sporty exterior, offering outstanding value for money.

I bought the second-generation CS75 PLUS last year specifically for its Blue Whale engine. Since the 2022 model year, all variants come standard with Blue Whale powertrains, available in 1.5T and 2.0T versions. After driving over 10,000 kilometers, I can confirm its strong power and low fuel consumption, averaging around 7L/100km. The older CS75 base model didn't feature the Blue Whale engine, but the 2021 Glory Million Edition adopted the Blue Whale 1.5T. If your budget allows, go straight for the new PLUS version - it also has more solid chassis tuning.

After spending some time in the car community, I've noticed that the powertrain configurations of the Changan CS75 series are quite interesting. The Blue Whale engine primarily appears in the PLUS models, equipped since the first-generation 2020 version, and became standard across the entire lineup in the second generation. The regular CS75 didn't get the 1.5T Blue Whale engine until the later Glory Million Edition. The most crucial aspect is the impressive performance parameters of the Blue Whale powertrain—for instance, the 1.5T version delivers a maximum power of 188 horsepower, which is more than sufficient for daily driving. Currently, most test drive vehicles at 4S dealerships are Blue Whale versions. During actual test drives, pay attention to the engine's idle sound, as the smoothness of operation directly impacts the driving experience.

When buying a car, I carefully compared and found that the Blue Whale version of the CS75 is mainly in the PLUS series. It started being equipped in the 2020 PLUS model, and all second-generation models come with the Blue Whale engine. The regular CS75 later released a Blue Whale 1.5T Glory Million Edition. Let me focus on the daily driving experience: the Blue Whale engine performs well in cold start noise control, responds quickly to power demands in city traffic, and the transmission matching is quite intelligent. Long-distance driving with the air conditioning on has little impact on power, and it has strong fuel adaptability—92-octane gasoline is sufficient. Maintenance costs are slightly higher than the older naturally aspirated engines, but the updated technology makes it more worry-free in the long run.

What is the correct way to drive a manual-automatic transmission car on the highway?

For a manual-automatic transmission car, the method to drive at high speed is to first change the engine oil to allow the engine to adapt to the new oil. Start from the 1st gear, slowly press the accelerator, gradually increase the RPM for each gear, being careful not to hit the redline. Gradually raise the RPM for each gear and maintain medium-high speed operation for about 5 minutes. Introduction to manual-automatic transmission: Manual-automatic transmission combines the manual shifting and automatic shifting of a car. The manual mode allows drivers to freely adjust gears and RPM, providing a refreshing driving experience with a strong sense of sportiness and driving pleasure. The essence of manual-automatic transmission: The manual-automatic transmission is essentially still a type of automatic transmission, simulating the operation of a manual transmission through an electronic control system.

What is the Function of a Spraying and Watering Truck?

Watering trucks primarily serve functions such as watering, spraying, dust suppression, and temperature reduction in various environments. They are used for road maintenance, street cleaning, garden irrigation, drought relief, dust and haze control, and transportation of drinking water. Principle of Watering Trucks: A watering truck utilizes the vehicle's engine power to drive the onboard water pump via a power take-off. Water is added to the truck through the inlet or transported from the tank to various spray nozzles through pipelines to achieve different functions. Before the water pump operates, the liquid level inside the pump must be higher than the pump shaft. Therefore, the pump inlet must be connected to an upwardly bent elbow followed by a horizontal pipe and a quick connector. The centerline of the quick connector must be at least 300 mm above the pump shaft centerline. The inlet pipeline system must ensure no air leakage. The suction head of the inlet pipe must be submerged underwater to prevent air from being drawn into the pipe. The outlet pipe must connect to the pump outlet with a straight pipe length of at least 200 mm before connecting to an elbow. Components of a Watering Truck: The water pump adopts an external mixing self-priming structure, and an appropriate amount of liquid must be retained inside the pump. After the pump starts, the impeller rotates, creating a negative pressure at the impeller inlet. The gas in the suction pipeline mixes with the liquid inside the pump and enters the gas-liquid separation chamber through the discharge chamber. Due to the difference in specific gravity between gas and liquid, the gas separates from the liquid and is discharged through the outlet pipe. The liquid sinks in the gas-liquid separation chamber. After multiple cycles, the gas in the suction pipe is completely expelled and replaced with liquid, completing the self-priming process, and the pump begins normal liquid delivery.

Why Can't I Find the Parking Ticket Violation Record?

The reasons why you can't find the parking ticket violation record: 1. Under review: First, whether it's a physical ticket or an "electronic eye" capture, vehicle violation information typically takes 3-15 days for review before being published online. Therefore, the inability to find the violation might be because the information is still under review. 2. Issued by urban management: Some parking violation tickets are issued by urban management authorities as "Administrative Illegal Parking Notice," which are usually issued by local urban management departments and cannot be queried online. 3. Incomplete photos: For a parking ticket to result in penalty points, the vehicle must have complete photos uploaded online. If there are no photos or the photos are unclear, no penalty can be imposed. Sometimes, the photos taken by traffic police may be incomplete, hence not uploaded online.
