Complete and submit one copy of the "Motor Vehicle Alteration, Transfer, Modification, Suspension, or Scrapping Approval Form," stamped with the same seal as the original registration. Submit the documents to the registration acceptance counter of the Vehicle Management Section at the Traffic Police Detachment for review by the handling officer. Vehicles that meet the transfer conditions will be sent to the motor vehicle inspection station for inspection and verification. After passing the inspection, for transfers or modifications within the same county (city), proceed directly to the license and certificate management counter to await notification for payment.
