
Motor vehicle speed regulations are as follows: For disabled motorized wheelchairs and electric bicycles traveling in non-motorized lanes, the maximum speed shall not exceed 15 kilometers per hour. On roads without a central dividing line, the speed limit is 30 km/h for urban roads and 40 km/h for highways. On roads with only one motor vehicle lane in the same direction, the limit is 50 km/h for urban roads and 70 km/h for highways. In the following situations, the maximum speed shall not exceed 30 km/h (15 km/h for tractors, -powered vehicles, and wheeled special machinery vehicles): when entering/exiting non-motorized lanes, passing railway crossings, sharp curves, narrow roads, or narrow bridges; when making U-turns, turning, or descending steep slopes; during fog, rain, snow, dust storms, or hail with visibility under 50 meters; when driving on icy/snowy or muddy roads; when towing a malfunctioning vehicle. Expressway speed limit signs shall not exceed 120 km/h. Expressways must indicate lane speeds, with maximum speed not exceeding 120 km/h and minimum speed not below 60 km/h. On expressways, passenger cars shall not exceed 120 km/h, other motor vehicles 100 km/h, and motorcycles 80 km/h. For two-lane same-direction roads, the left lane's minimum speed is 100 km/h. For three or more lanes, the far-left lane's minimum is 110 km/h, middle lane 90 km/h. If road signs indicate different speeds, follow the posted limits.
