
After the vehicle is released from mortgage, the green book will show a mortgage record. Article 22 of the "Motor Vehicle Registration Regulations" stipulates that when a motor vehicle owner uses the vehicle as collateral for a mortgage, they must apply for mortgage registration with the vehicle office at the registration location; when the mortgage is extinguished, they must apply for the release of mortgage registration with the vehicle management office at the registration location. Article 23 of the "Motor Vehicle Registration Regulations" stipulates that to apply for mortgage registration, the motor vehicle owner must fill out an application form, jointly apply with the mortgagee, and submit the following documents and certificates: 1. Identification documents of the motor vehicle owner and the mortgagee; 2. The motor vehicle registration certificate; 3. The principal contract and mortgage contract legally concluded between the motor vehicle owner and the mortgagee.
