Premium is a Continental tire. Continental tires are renowned for their all-weather safety and reliability, featuring low noise and strong self-cleaning properties. They are the only road tires globally approved for driving at speeds of up to 360 km/h, earning a Guinness World Record. The SSR run-flat tires allow vehicles to continue driving up to 80 km at 80 km/h even when the tire is completely deflated. Continental's tire series are broadly similar to Michelin's, mainly categorized into comfort, performance, and off-road tires. The comfort series is further divided into five series based on tread patterns: ContiEcoContact3, ContiPremiumContact, ContiPremiumContact2 (CPC2), ContiComfortContactCC5 (CC5), and ContiMaxContactMC5 (MC5). Among these, ContiEcoContact3 focuses on braking performance, while ContiPremiumContact2 is an upgraded series, belonging to the short braking series tires for mid-to-high-end models. Tire usage precautions: Avoid excessive tire pressure. Each car manufacturer has specific regulations for tire pressure. Follow the indicated values and do not exceed the maximum. Excessive pressure concentrates the vehicle's weight on the center of the tread, leading to rapid wear in the center. Under external impact, it is prone to damage or even tread blowouts. Excessive tension can cause tread delamination and groove bottom cracks, reducing tire grip and braking performance. It also leads to vehicle bouncing, reduced comfort, and potential damage to the suspension system. Avoid judging tire pressure by eye. Tires lose an average of 0.7 kg/cm² of pressure per month, and tire pressure changes with temperature—rising/falling by 0.07–0.14 kg/cm² for every 10°C increase/decrease. Pressure must be measured when the tire is cool, and the valve cap must be securely tightened after measurement.
