The auto-lock function when leaving the car generally does not require manual setup. The car's smart key will automatically trigger the locking mechanism when it moves beyond a certain distance from the vehicle. This auto-lock feature is part of the anti-theft system, and different auto-lock/unlock settings can be selected in the configuration menu. To disable the auto-lock function: 1. Park the car and ensure all doors and the trunk are closed; 2. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position; 3. Within 20 seconds of turning the ignition to ON, press and hold the lock side of the door lock switch until you hear a beep after approximately 8 seconds; 4. Refer to the user manual for the function code, then press the unlock side of the door lock switch once to deactivate the auto-door lock function; 5. A buzzer sound will confirm the change within 3 seconds after modifying the function setting.
