To apply for a large passenger vehicle license, you must have held a medium-sized passenger vehicle, urban bus, or large truck license for at least five years, or a tractor license for at least two years, and must not have accumulated 12 penalty points in the five most recent consecutive scoring cycles before applying. In temporary residence areas, the permitted vehicle types that can be applied for include small cars, small automatic transmission cars, low-speed trucks, three-wheeled vehicles, ordinary three-wheeled motorcycles, ordinary two-wheeled motorcycles, and light motorcycles.
