Pairing your wireless thermostat with the Seitron DR R02M Thermostat Wireless Kit receiver is straightforward. Here's a step-by-step guide based on the self-learning procedure: First, power on the receiver; the LEDs will flash during initialization. Next, activate the wireless or programmable thermostat in "test" mode. This causes the transmitter to repeatedly send ON and OFF commands. Now, press the self-learning button on the receiver corresponding to the channel you want to use (button A for channel 1, button B for channel 2). The for that channel will blink rapidly in yellow. When the receiver detects a test command, its LED will glow solid yellow for seven seconds, during which it records the strongest signal. After seven seconds, the LED will flash red-green-red-green, indicating the transmitter's address has been saved. The receiver will then return to normal operation, and the channel's output relay will switch ON and OFF every two seconds, based on the "test" mode commands. To ensure good signal strength, place the transmitter where you intend to use it and check the signal. Avoid testing multiple transmitters simultaneously, as this can cause signal interference. Finally, once you are happy with the signal, proceed with the final installation, both mechanically and electrically.
