Adjusting the resistance on your CHRISTOPEIT WP 1000 rowing machine is straightforward, allowing you to customize your workout intensity. The resistance is controlled by the water volume in the tank. Here's how:
Refilling the Water Tank: Use tap water to fill the tank. Take out the filling plug and put the flexible pipe end of the water pump into the water tank. Put the rigid pipe end into a bucket of water. Use the hand bellows to pump water into the tank. Be careful not to fill the tank to the very top to avoid spills during use or transport.
Adjusting Resistance: The intensity of your workout depends on how fast you row. To decrease the water resistance, remove water from the tank using the hand pump by switching the pipe ends.
Optimal Resistance: For the best rowing experience, it's recommended to fill the water slightly below the maximum level. This lets you select the workout intensity you want based on your rowing speed. By modifying the water level in the tank, you can fine-tune the resistance of your rowing machine to match your fitness level and your goals.
