Plug-In Installation:

1. Begin by turning off the circuit breakers and the wall switch controlling the power supply.
2. Decide where you want to place the sconce and mark the anchor points on the wall. Drill holes and put in the anchors.
3. Put two screws into the anchors, leaving enough sticking out to fit into the keyhole slots on the preassembled wall plate.
4. Line up the keyhole slots on the wall plate with the screws on the wall and slide the wall plate down until it's secure.
5. Put the LED bulb into the fixture's socket.
6. Attach the glass globe to the fixture by twisting it firmly clockwise.
7. Turn the electrical power back on at the main fuse or circuit breaker.
8. Plug the power cord into a nearby outlet and switch the fixture to the ON position.

Hardwire Installation:

1. Start by turning off the circuit breakers and the wall switch for the power supply.
2. Take the wall plate off the back of the fixture by unscrewing and removing the two caps from the front.
3. Use the mounting bracket screws to attach the mounting bracket to the outlet box.
4. Loosen the ground screw on the mounting bracket and wrap the green/bare (ground) supply wire from the outlet box around it. Tighten the ground screw to hold the ground wire.
