To properly connect the power supply to your Panasonic AFP4C FP-Industry 4.0 Communicator and ensure its correct operation, follow these steps. First, use the power supply cable (AFPG805) included with the unit. The AFP4C requires a 24V DC power supply, with a rated input current of 110mA. The operating voltage range is from 21.6 to 26.4V DC. When connecting the power supply, be aware of the following color coding for the power supply connector: brown is for 24V DC, blue is for 0V, and green must connect to the frame ground. The unit powers on automatically once connected, and the green PWR will illuminate after the self-test. Always verify correct polarity (+/-) when connecting the power supply. If you're using an FP0 or FP0R expansion unit, both it and the FP-I4C must be powered by the same supply.
