To ensure accurate counting with your Cassida Till Tally Money Counting Scale, calibration is essential, especially upon initial setup or relocation. Here's how to calibrate it:

1. Preparation: On first use, after a factory reset, or when changing locations, calibration is necessary.
2. Power On: Plug in and turn on your Till Tally. The display will show "CALIBRATE SCALE".
3. Initiate Calibration: Place the cup support onto the scale and press the OK button to begin. The display will show "ZERO", indicating the scale should be empty.
4. Add Reference Weight: The screen will prompt you to add the provided 500g reference weight. Place this weight on the cup support, and then press OK.
5. Calibration Complete: Once the process finishes, the display will show "SCALE READY" accompanied by a beep. The scale will then automatically turn off.
6. Final Step: Remove the 500g reference weight. Turn the scale back on by pressing the CLEAR button. Your Cassida Till Tally is now calibrated and ready to use.
