Assembling the Rockler 65117 Rock-Steady Router Table Stand Kit is straightforward when following these steps. First, install the levelers. Remove the top hex nut from each leveling foot. Insert the threaded post of a leveling foot into the hole at the bottom of each leg's square base. Then, thread the hex nut back on and tighten it with a 3/4" wrench. Adjustment may be needed after full assembly. Next, assemble the stand. Lay out the legs in pairs with two 18" stretchers between each pair, ensuring the mitered top flanges face up. Connect the 18" stretchers to the legs using a 5/16"-18 carriage bolt, washer, and 5/16"-18 nut in each square hole, securing them at 90 degrees. Attach the 26" stretchers between the assembled ends using the same method, ensuring correct alignment. Mount the remaining 26" stretchers on both sides. Finally, mount the top and shelf using the mounting holes in the mitered flanges. Adjust the leveling feet for stability.
