To enable remote control of your MHK2 RedLINK Wireless Remote Controller via the Kumo Cloud app, follow these steps. First, ensure you have the Wireless Interface 2 (or a later version) installed and configured with the Kumo Cloud app. Detailed setup instructions for the Wireless Interface can be found within the Kumo Cloud app documentation and the interface's manual. Once the Wireless Interface is online and connected to the internet, you must link the MHK2 RedLINK Wireless Remote Controller to the Wireless Receiver. On the MHK2 Controller, briefly press and release the CONNECT button. The CONNECT light on the controller should begin flashing. If the CONNECT light doesn't flash, confirm that no other devices are in wireless setup mode. Only one device should be in setup mode at any given time. Ensure there are no other RedLINK Wireless Receivers or other devices attempting a wireless setup. If necessary, press and release the CONNECT button again on the MHK2. The CONNECT on the Wireless Receiver will flash green to show it is in wireless setup mode. Once the MHK2 Controller and Wireless Receiver are in wireless setup mode, they will establish a secure connection. When the CONNECT LED on the Wireless Receiver turns solid green, it confirms that at least one RedLINK device has successfully enrolled. After this, your MHK2 Controller will be connected to the RedLINK Wireless Receiver, and you can remotely access and control it through the Kumo Cloud app.
