Haizhang Expressway runs from Hailar District, Hulunbuir City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to Zhangbei County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, with the designation G1013. The Haizhang Expressway is a connecting route of the G10 Expressway from Suifenhe to Manzhouli, passing through Hailar, Arxan, Alideer, Huolinguole, Xilingol, Taipusi Banner, Zhangbei, and Zhangjiakou. The Haizhang Expressway is one of the connecting routes in the national expressway network. The completed sections include the expressway from Xilingol League to Zhangjiakou and the Zhangbei section of the Zhangjiakou-Shijiazhuang Expressway, with all road signs already updated. The Haizhang Expressway serves as an important vegetable transport corridor in the Zhangjiakou region and a major traffic artery for grassland tourism between Hebei and Inner Mongolia. To prevent major accidents and reduce prolonged traffic control due to incidents, the speed limits for medium and heavy-duty trucks on the Zhangjiakou-bound section of the Haizhang Expressway from kilometer 1378 to kilometer 1400 have been adjusted.
