For disabled motorized wheelchairs and electric bicycles traveling in non-motorized lanes, the maximum speed shall not exceed 15 kilometers per hour. On roads without a central dividing line, the speed limit is 30 kilometers per hour for urban roads and 40 kilometers per hour for highways. On roads with only one motor vehicle lane in the same direction, the speed limit is 50 kilometers per hour for urban roads and 70 kilometers per hour for highways. When encountering any of the following circumstances, the maximum speed of motor vehicles shall not exceed 30 kilometers per hour, with tractors, battery-powered vehicles, and wheeled special machinery vehicles not exceeding 15 kilometers per hour: When entering or exiting non-motorized lanes, passing through railway crossings, sharp curves, narrow roads, or narrow bridges; When making U-turns, turning, or descending steep slopes; When visibility is less than 50 meters due to fog, rain, snow, dust, or hail; When driving on icy, snowy, or muddy roads; When towing a malfunctioning motor vehicle. The maximum speed indicated by speed limit signs on expressways shall not exceed 120 kilometers per hour. Expressways shall indicate the speed limits for each lane, with the maximum speed not exceeding 120 kilometers per hour and the minimum speed not less than 60 kilometers per hour. On expressways, the maximum speed for small passenger vehicles shall not exceed 120 kilometers per hour, for other motor vehicles not exceeding 100 kilometers per hour, and for motorcycles not exceeding 80 kilometers per hour. For roads with two lanes in the same direction, the minimum speed for the left lane is 100 kilometers per hour; for roads with three or more lanes in the same direction, the minimum speed for the leftmost lane is 110 kilometers per hour, and for the middle lane, it is 90 kilometers per hour. If the speed indicated by road speed limit signs conflicts with the above lane speed regulations, the speed indicated by the road speed limit signs shall be followed.
