There are two methods for adding refrigeration lubricating oil: 1. The oil filling method for reciprocating compressors. 1. Use the compressor itself to create a vacuum and suck in the oil, then start the compressor and open the service valve to allow the lubricating oil to be drawn into the compressor. 2. Use a vacuum pump to create a vacuum inside the compressor, utilizing atmospheric pressure to push the lubricating oil in. 3. Use a gear hydraulic pump or manual hydraulic pump to directly add oil through the three-way valve or oil drain valve on the crankcase. 4. Use the compressor oil pump to add oil through the three-way valve on the oil pipe. 4. Use the compressor oil pump to add oil through the three-way valve on the oil pipe. 2. The oil filling method for rotary compressors. 1. When adding refrigeration oil to a rotary compressor, the low-pressure valve should be closed, and the refrigeration oil should be poured into the oil cup. 2. Connect the middle hose of the compound pressure gauge to the high-pressure exhaust pipe of the compressor, connect the high-pressure hose of the compound pressure gauge to the vacuum pump, and insert the low-pressure hose into the oil cup. 3. Start the vacuum pump first to create a vacuum inside the compressor, then close the high-pressure valve of the compound pressure gauge. 4. Then open the low-pressure valve of the compound pressure gauge to allow the refrigeration oil in the oil cup to be sucked into the compressor. When the oil suction reaches the specified amount, close the low-pressure valve and stop adding oil.
