Fourth-generation Emgrand has three driving modes: manual, sport, and economy. Introduction to Geely Emgrand: Geely Emgrand (abbreviated as Emgrand) is a sub-brand under the parent brand of Geely, equipped with GeTec DVVT turbocharged engine, front-wheel drive, and a maximum power of 98 kW, with turbo intervention at 1800 rpm. The new Geely Emgrand was launched on July 26, 2014, featuring a 1.3T GeTec DVVT turbocharged engine. Characteristics of Geely Emgrand: Emgrand adheres to the brand proposition of "steadfastness and prestige," representing Geely Automobile's development direction in safety, energy efficiency, and environmental protection, both inheriting and breaking through for Geely Automobile.

The fourth-generation Emgrand offers three driving modes: Normal, Eco, and Sport. I usually drive in Normal mode as it provides a balanced performance suitable for both city and highway driving, with moderate power response and reasonable fuel consumption. The Eco mode is particularly great for traffic jams, saving a considerable amount on fuel, though acceleration is slightly slower but very smooth. On highways, I switch to Sport mode, where the engine responds much quicker, delivering stronger acceleration and a more exhilarating drive. I find these three modes very convenient to adjust, with quick switching possible via buttons on the steering wheel. However, it's best to avoid Sport mode in rainy or snowy conditions to prevent skidding. Having driven this car for over a year, I've gotten used to selecting the appropriate mode for different road conditions, which also helps in prolonging the vehicle's lifespan—especially the Eco mode, which reduces engine load, making trips safer and more economical.

When driving the fourth-generation Emgrand, I noticed it offers three driving modes: Normal, Eco, and Sport. Normal mode provides stable vehicle performance, ideal for daily commuting; Eco mode reduces fuel consumption, suitable for long-distance trips or congested urban roads, with gentler acceleration; Sport mode enhances throttle responsiveness, making driving more exhilarating, perfect for those wanting to experience speed. Personally, I enjoy switching between them, like using Sport mode on highways and Eco mode on roads with frequent traffic lights. Switching is convenient via the knob on the center console, and the system automatically adjusts transmission logic and engine output. Long-term use requires attention as Sport mode increases fuel consumption, while Normal mode simplifies maintenance. Overall, this design feels very practical and helps protect the vehicle from excessive wear.

The 4th generation Emgrand offers three driving modes: Normal, Eco, and Sport. I use Normal mode the most as it's stable and reliable; Eco mode saves fuel but has weaker power; Sport mode accelerates faster but consumes more fuel. For daily driving, I choose the mode based on road conditions - for example, using Sport mode on highways and sticking to Normal mode in rainy weather to prevent skidding. Switching is simple, just press a button.
