Automobile Three Guarantees Law stipulates the following conditions for vehicle return or exchange: 1. Condition 1: After two cumulative repairs for safety performance failures, the safety performance failures remain unresolved or new safety performance failures occur; 2. Condition 2: After the engine and transmission have been replaced twice cumulatively, or after the same major component of the engine or transmission has been replaced twice due to quality issues, the vehicle still cannot function normally; 3. Condition 3: After the same major component of the steering system, braking system, or body has been replaced twice cumulatively due to quality issues, the vehicle still cannot function normally. The scope of applicable components shall comply with relevant national standards or regulations, with specific requirements to be further stipulated by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine.

When I bought a car last year, I experienced steering wheel failure, which almost caused an accident, and later I returned the car. According to the Three Guarantees Law, the conditions for return or exchange are quite strict, with the key factor being time: you must do it within 60 days of purchase or before driving 3,000 kilometers. If there are major safety issues, such as brake failure, steering problems, body cracks, or fuel leakage, you can directly request a return or exchange. Alternatively, if the same issue persists after two or more repairs, it also qualifies. Remember, this applies to quality issues, not problems caused by improper driving. From my experience, I learned not to delay repairs and to promptly contact an authorized dealer with evidence to avoid missing the warranty period. Safety issues are critical, and I felt much more at ease when I returned the car. Always keep repair records for easier rights protection.

As someone who has been repairing cars for over a decade, I want to point out that car owners often overlook the three-guarantee conditions. The return and exchange rules are straightforward: within the first 60 days or 3,000 kilometers, if the car develops serious defects like safety system failures or engine burnout, you can directly request a return or exchange. Another common scenario is if the same issue persists after two or three repairs—such as recurring air conditioning failures—the manufacturer must take responsibility. Don't underestimate these regulations; early detection and action can save a lot of trouble. I also advise everyone to keep a record of repair history—evidence is crucial in case of disputes. Safety always comes first, especially if problems arise at high speeds; get a professional inspection immediately to avoid losing out after the warranty expires.

After buying a new car, I'm most concerned about my rights. The return and exchange conditions under the Three Guarantees Law are very practical. Basically: within the first 60 days or 3,000 kilometers, major issues like brake failure qualify for a return. If repairs fail twice, you can also exchange the car. This protects us from lemons and encourages quality checks. I think documenting issues with phone photos makes it easier. Safety is never something to take lightly—acting early maximizes your rights.

For the safety of my child, I always emphasize that the car must be stable. According to the Three Guarantees Law, the conditions for return or exchange are within 60 days or 3,000 kilometers after purchase, if there are major issues such as airbags not deploying or oil leaks; or if the same problem persists after two repairs. As a parent, I check every time I take the car out, and if I find any issues, I immediately contact the 4S store. Their handling process is much faster—don't suffer in silence. Family travel safety comes first, keeping receipts is worry-free and reliable. Regular maintenance can prevent problems, but the key is to take timely action to ensure the safety of the whole family.

During my time working at a car dealership, I assisted many customers with returns and exchanges. The core conditions of the Three Guarantees Law are: within 60 days of purchase or within 3,000 kilometers, if there are safety risks such as steering failure; or if the same fault is repaired twice without success, the vehicle can be returned or exchanged. It is recommended that buyers carefully review the terms before signing the contract and not overlook the details. Quality issues are usually easy to prove, just keep the repair reports. Trust is key, and timely communication can resolve issues, avoiding delays in the warranty period. Safety drives life, and choosing the right dealer brings peace of mind and convenience.

What Are the Hazards of Excessive Tire Pressure?

Hazards of excessive tire pressure: 1. The friction and adhesion of the tire will decrease, affecting braking performance; 2. It can cause steering wheel vibration and deviation, reducing driving comfort; 3. It accelerates localized wear on the central tread pattern, shortening the tire's lifespan; 4. Increased vehicle vibration indirectly affects the lifespan of other components; 5. Excessive pressure can overstretch the tire cords, reducing the elasticity of the tire body and increasing the load on the vehicle during driving; 6. It decreases the tire's resistance to punctures, making it more susceptible to sharp objects like nails or glass on the road, leading to internal cracks, blowouts, or even tire bursts.

Should the ECON mode in Honda CRV be kept on all the time?

ECON is recommended to be turned on in most situations. When the car enters ECON mode, it can achieve the effect of reducing fuel consumption and saving energy. However, the car's power will be weakened. In a few cases, there is no need to turn it on: 1. When the car is driving at high speed (up to 100km/h), even if ECO is turned on, the car's computer will prioritize speed, and the ECO mode will automatically become ineffective. 2. When high torque output is needed, such as when climbing a mountain, the engine computer will judge to prioritize and provide sufficient power to drive the vehicle, and the ECO mode will automatically become ineffective. ECO is the acronym for the three English words Ecology, Conservation, and Optimization. It is a car energy-saving mode, and activating this mode can achieve the effect of saving energy.

What is the RPM of the Verano at 120 mph?

The RPM of the Verano at 120 mph is around 2600-2800, while at 130 km/h it is approximately 3000 RPM. At 170 km/h, the RPM reaches around 4000. Factors affecting RPM: The motor's RPM is related to factors such as the type of motor. For AC synchronous and asynchronous motors, it depends on frequency and pole count. Higher frequency results in higher RPM, while more poles lead to lower RPM. For DC or commutator motors, RPM is influenced by rotor voltage and excitation current—higher rotor voltage increases RPM. Additional notes on engine RPM: Engine RPM is determined by multiple factors, including mechanical transmission structure, mechanical transmission resistance, combustion system supply, and vehicle load. The engine's RPM affects the number of work cycles per unit time or the effective power output of the engine, meaning the engine's effective power varies with RPM.

Is the Geely Icon a New Energy Vehicle?

Geely Icon is not a new energy vehicle; it is a hybrid electric vehicle. Hybrid Electric Vehicle: A hybrid electric vehicle refers to a vehicle whose propulsion system consists of two or more individual drive systems that can operate simultaneously. The vehicle's driving power is provided by either a single drive system or multiple drive systems working together, depending on the actual driving conditions. Hybrid electric vehicles are classified as energy-saving vehicles and are not considered new energy vehicles. New Energy Vehicle: A new energy vehicle refers to a vehicle that utilizes unconventional automotive fuels as its power source or combines conventional automotive fuels with new types of on-board power devices. Based on the vehicle's power control and advanced driving methods, these vehicles are produced with new technologies and structures. New energy vehicles consist of three main components: the power supply system, the electric drive system, and the auxiliary system.

What does a triangle with an exclamation mark mean in a car?

A triangle with an exclamation mark in a car indicates a general fault in the vehicle. Common faults include: overheating of the dry dual-clutch transmission, intervention or failure of the fuel cutoff system, parking sensor failure, exterior bulb failure, engine oil pressure sensor failure, and traction control system warning or failure. Solutions for when the general fault light comes on are: 1. Check if the engine oil pressure sensor is malfunctioning; 2. Check if the traction control system is malfunctioning; 3. Check if the fuel cutoff system is malfunctioning; 4. Check if the dry dual-clutch transmission is overheating. An exclamation mark in the car indicates that the vehicle has developed a fault or abnormality, which could affect driving safety and damage the vehicle, necessitating inspection and repair.
