Only when encountering particularly long and steep uphill or downhill slopes should you switch to L gear or M gear to manually downshift. 2. When stopping at a red light for dozens of seconds, it's recommended to shift to N gear. 3. During normal driving, you can freely switch between D gear and manual mode without needing to stop the vehicle. 4. When starting, place the gear lever in P gear - the engine can only be successfully started in P gear.
