Air conditioning vents are typically installed on the dashboard using snap-fit connections. To remove them, you generally need a tool that can be used for prying, such as a flat-head screwdriver. If you prefer not to pry, you can press down and then pull forward to easily remove the vent. While removing it, make sure to disconnect the plug at the back.
