Vehicle annual inspection stickers can be applied for online through the Traffic Management 12123 platform or the Comprehensive Traffic Service Management Platform. However, only eligible exempt vehicles during the exemption period can apply online. Vehicles not in the exemption period need to undergo on-site inspections and then apply in person. Methods for handling vehicle inspection stickers: 1. Use a hairdryer to blow hot air on the sticker, making it easy to peel off; 2. If the sticker has been on for a long time and is strongly adhesive, specialized cleaning solutions such as asphalt cleaner can be used for removal; 3. Spray adhesive remover, soften it, and then scrape it off with a blade; 4. Soap water or laundry detergent can also be used to wet and remove it; 5. When applying the sticker, a transparent specialized sticker can be chosen.
There are mainly two ways to obtain the annual vehicle inspection sticker: online and offline. I usually check the working hours of nearby inspection stations in advance to avoid peak periods at the beginning of the month and on weekends.
