How to deal with driving without a license and drunk driving together: impose a fine and detention, if it is drunk driving, criminal responsibility will be investigated, and may be sentenced to 6 months; if a major traffic accident occurs, the circumstances are more serious, and shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or detention; if there is escape or other particularly bad circumstances, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years; if escape causes death, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than seven years. According to the regulations, driving a motor vehicle without obtaining a motor vehicle driver's license, or when the motor vehicle driver's license is revoked or temporarily detained, or handing over the motor vehicle to a person who has not obtained a motor vehicle driver's license or whose motor vehicle driver's license has been revoked or temporarily detained, shall be fined and may be detained for not more than 15 days.
