Log in to the Traffic Management 12123 APP, click [More] on the homepage to enter the business center. Select [Study-Based Point Reduction] under the "Education and Learning Business" module to enter the application page. Choose [Online Learning], fill in the relevant information, submit the [Application], and read and agree to the "Business Requirements". After completing [Real-Name Authentication], start video learning. Upon completion of the learning, you can proceed to the exam. If you pass the exam, you can check the record in [Online Progress].
I previously used the 'Study to Reduce Points' feature because of point deductions, and the entire process was operated on the Traffic Management 12123 APP. After logging into my account, I found the 'Study to Reduce Points' entry in the business center, selected the online learning and exam mode, and submitted the application. The review was quick, and it was approved in just a few minutes. Then, I started learning, which required watching 30 minutes of traffic safety videos, including accident cases and traffic regulation analyses. During the learning process, the system would randomly perform facial recognition to prevent idling. After completion, I took the exam directly—passing required answering 18 out of 20 multiple-choice questions correctly, and I passed on my first try. After passing the exam, 1 point was automatically deducted, which was very convenient. However, note that a maximum of 6 points can be reduced in one scoring cycle, and there must be a 15-day interval between two applications. It's best to choose a stable network environment for learning to avoid interruptions.
