The Nissan Sylphy has gone through four generations in my memory, quite a classic. The earliest generation started around 2000, called the G10 series. The design was simple back then, with reliable engines, and all the car enthusiasts I've met praised its practicality. Around 2006, the second generation G11 was launched, bringing significant changes, especially with much lower fuel consumption, a more streamlined body, and a quieter ride. The third generation, the B17 model, debuted in 2012, focusing on comfort with softer seats and optimized suspension, becoming a huge sales hit in the Chinese market. The current fourth generation, the B18 from 2019 to present, is packed with tech, adding many intelligent assistance systems like automatic parking. I personally prefer the third generation for its stable driving feel. Each generation brings something new, and the Sylphy holds a high position in the compact car segment. The latest version even offers an e-POWER hybrid option. In short, it evolves with every generation.

Are small lights the same as clearance lights?

Yes, small lights are also called clearance lights. As warning lights, clearance lights are used to alert other vehicles, indicating both height and width. Here is additional information: Regulations: Generally, vehicles with a height exceeding 3 meters must be equipped with clearance lights, while vehicles wider than 2.1m are also required to have them. Activation conditions: Clearance lights must be turned on under four circumstances: driving in foggy weather, driving in rainy weather, driving at night, and driving at dusk. During dusk, when there are no streetlights and visibility is low, it is advisable to turn on the clearance lights for safety, making it easier for other vehicles to notice the presence of the car and avoid collisions.
