Absolutely not. Think of your radiator like your own bloodstream; you wouldn't replace your blood with wine. The radiator needs a special chemical cocktail to prevent it from rusting from the inside out and to handle extreme temperatures. Wine will basically turn into a corrosive sludge, clogging everything up and causing your engine to overheat. It's a surefire way to end up with a huge repair bill.
