Can I get a refund for a passenger bus ticket?

Passenger bus tickets can be refunded. Refund rules: If passengers cannot take the bus on the specified date and time on the ticket, they can apply for a change of travel (limited to one change) up to two hours before departure. No changes are allowed within two hours of departure, but a refund can be processed with applicable refund fees charged. Other refund situations: If the bus needs to temporarily change its route or detour during the journey, no refund or additional charge will be made for the fare difference. If the bus cannot continue, passengers who voluntarily stop their trip at the interruption point or return midway will be refunded for the unused section of the journey. Those who voluntarily return to the starting point will be transported back free of charge and receive a full refund. Passengers who choose to wait at the interruption point can continue their journey after obtaining a visa on the ticket from station or bus staff.
