If your Witbox isn't connecting to the Hub Cloud, don't worry! Here's a troubleshooting guide to get you back on track:
Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure your Witbox has a working internet connection. The easiest way to verify this is to connect another device, like a laptop, to the same network port as your Witbox and see if it can access the internet.
Verify Network Settings: Confirm your network is set up for DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol). This means your Witbox automatically receives an IP address from your router. Check the Witbox's network settings to confirm it's configured to obtain an IP address automatically.
Inspect the Network Cable: Make sure the network cable connecting your Witbox to the network switch is securely plugged in and isn't damaged. Try using a different network cable to rule out any cable-related issues.
Restart Your Witbox: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity problems. Power off your Witbox, wait a few seconds, and then power it back on. Check if it connects to the Hub Cloud after the restart.
Contact Witbe Support: If you've tried all the above steps and are still experiencing connection issues, reach out to Witbe support for further assistance. They can provide more specific troubleshooting steps and help diagnose any configuration problems with your Witbox.
