Wiring the LO21P lock-out relay to your automatic door system requires careful attention to the connections. Always consult the user manual for the most accurate and model-specific wiring diagrams. Before beginning, ensure the module is unplugged to prevent contact between the red/white and white (data) wires when power is applied, which could damage the unit. Generally, wiring proceeds as follows:

• Black wire: Motor input (-)

• Brown wire: Power input / 12 – 24 VAC/VDC (+)
• Green wire: Door control COM
• Blue wire: Door control ACT
• Black/White wire: Activation sensor COM
• Red/White wire: BODYGUARD-T data (+) pin 7 and activation sensor N.O.

Ensure the red wire of the LO21P module connects to the positive side of the motor. Use a multimeter to verify polarity before connecting the red and black wires from the BODYGUARD-T.
