
To reset your VESDA VLC detector following a false alarm or for maintenance, use the Reset/Isolate Push Button located on the front cover. A quick press of this button will reset the detector. To isolate the detector from the fire alarm system, press and hold the Reset/Isolate Push Button; this action effectively removes the detector from active monitoring. The front cover of your VESDA VLC detector features indicator LEDs that provide status updates, including the operational state of the Reset/Isolate function.
