Encountering pairing difficulties with your Arteck HB192 Universal Keyboard? Here's how to troubleshoot:
Initiate Pairing Mode: Turn on your keyboard and observe the LED indicator. It should blink rapidly, typically for about 10 seconds, signifying pairing mode activation.
Device Compatibility Check: Confirm that your device (tablet, laptop, smartphone, etc.) has Bluetooth capabilities and is compatible with the Arteck HB192. Most modern devices support Bluetooth.
Bluetooth Settings Review: On your device, enable Bluetooth in the settings. Look for the keyboard's Bluetooth name (often B.O.W) in the available devices list. If it doesn't appear, try restarting both your Arteck HB192 and your device.
Connection Reset: If the keyboard was previously paired with another device, unpair it from that device first. In the Bluetooth settings of the old device, choose "Forget" or "Unpair" for the Arteck HB192.
Battery Check and Charging: A low battery can hinder Bluetooth connections. Connect your Arteck HB192 to a power source using the provided USB cable. The charging indicator will turn red while charging and green when fully charged.
If these steps don't resolve the issue, contact Arteck customer support for specialized assistance or to address potential hardware concerns.
