Encountering difficulty pairing your Arteck HB192 Universal Keyboard? Here's a troubleshooting guide to get you connected. First, confirm the keyboard is in pairing mode; the LED indicator should blink for about 10 seconds. Ensure your device (tablet, laptop, smartphone, etc.) supports Bluetooth and is compatible with the Arteck HB192. Next, check your device's Bluetooth settings; Bluetooth must be enabled. Look for the keyboard's Bluetooth name, often "B.O.W", in the list of available devices. If it's not visible, try restarting both the keyboard and your device. If the keyboard was previously paired with another device, unpair it from that device before attempting to connect to a new one. Finally, low battery power can also cause pairing problems; charge the keyboard using the included USB cable. The charging indicator will turn red while charging and green when fully charged. If you've tried these steps and your Arteck HB192 still won't pair, contact Arteck customer support for additional assistance.
