To configure your TP-Link TL-WR902AC AC750 Wi-Fi Travel Router in Router Mode while you're on the go, follow these steps: First, slide the Mode Switch on the router to "Share ETH." Then, ensure your hardware connections are correctly made (as described in the initial setup). If you're using a 3G/4G USB modem with a SIM/UIM card, plug the modem into the router's 3G/4G USB port to share the mobile data via Wi-Fi. Next, connect your device to the router's Wi-Fi network. The default network name (SSID) and password can be found on the label on the back of the router. Check the Internet on the router; if it's lit, you're connected, and you can skip ahead. If the Internet LED is off, open a web browser on your connected device and enter "http://tplinkwifi.net" in the address bar. Create a password to access the router's web interface. Click "Next" to start the Quick Setup and follow the on-screen instructions to set up your internet connection. If you're unsure of your WAN Connection Type, use the "Auto Detect" option during setup. You can customize your wireless network name and password for both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands during Quick Setup; remember that you'll need to reconnect your devices to the new Wi-Fi network(s) afterwards. Once the setup is complete, connect your devices to the router's Wi-Fi, and you're ready to enjoy internet access. In this mode, the WAN/LAN port on the router acts as the WAN port.
