To reset a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), first ensure all tires are properly inflated and check the owner's manual for your vehicle's specific reset method. Many cars can be reset by turning the ignition to the "ON" position (without starting the engine), then pressing and holding the TPMS reset button, often found under the steering wheel, until the warning light flashes. Alternatively, the reset might be available in the vehicle's infotainment or dashboard menu. After initiating the reset, drive for 5–10 minutes to allow the system to recalibrate.
