Wiring your Vision120 120V Flexible LED Tape is straightforward with these steps. First, you have two power connection choices: plugging it into a standard wall outlet or hardwiring it into your electrical system. Regardless of your choice, always use the provided inline 8 amp fuse for safety. For hardwiring, use a proper J-box, which is not included. Connect the V120-PCHW to the wires from the junction box. Next, install the V120 channel using screws, marking and drilling holes every twelve inches for mounting. If you are using 3M tape, apply it along the entire length of the channel. For alternative channels like the LED-CHL-XD, apply 3M adhesive to secure the tape. If installing the tape indoors without a channel, apply 3M double-stick tape (sold separately) along the LED tape's length, peel the backing, and firmly press it into place. Finally, attach the lens by snapping it into the mounting channel's rails and then attach the end caps. One end cap is for the end of the run, and the other is for the power connection. Pry open the tab on the power connection end cap to connect your power connector cable.
