Setting the alarm on your CDN TM30 Direct Entry 2-Alarm Timer is easy! Here's a step-by-step guide:
- Select Alarm Mode: On the back of the timer, slide the switch to choose either "BEEP" for an audible alarm or "VIBRATE" for a vibrating alert.
- Set the Countdown Time: Use the numeric keypad (1-0) to enter your desired countdown duration. For example, to set the timer for exactly 3 minutes, enter "3 0 0". For a countdown of 9 hours, 45 minutes, and 30 seconds, enter "9 4 5 3 0".
- Start and Stop the Timer: Press the START/STOP button to begin the countdown. Press it again to pause the timer. Press START/STOP once more to resume.
- Clear the Countdown: If you need to clear the countdown before it reaches zero, first press the START/STOP button to stop the timer. Then, press the CLEAR button.
- Important: Ensure you stop the countdown before clearing to prevent accidental resets.
- Alarm Activation: When the timer reaches zero, the alarm will sound for one minute, and the display will flash. The timer will then start counting up to indicate the overtime since reaching zero, up to a maximum of 10 hours.
- Stop the Alarm: To silence the alarm and stop the count-up, press the START/STOP button. The last count will be displayed.
- Reset the Timer: To reset the timer back to 0:0000, simply press the CLEAR button.
