To safely use your FITBENCH STUDIO, understanding the locking feet is essential. Here's how to engage and disengage them: To engage the locking feet: 1. Find the engaging foot pedals located under the rope slot handle on the side of the bench where the slam balls are stored. 2. Step on either or both of the larger pedals using the toe of your shoe. 3. Simultaneously, pull up vertically on the U-mount anchor point, which is directly above the pedals, near the top of the bench. You can also use the rope slot handle to assist. 4. Continue pressing down on the pedals and pulling up on the U-mount until you hear a click, indicating the locking feet are engaged. To disengage the locking feet: 1. Simply step down on the smaller pedal located on both sides of the bench with your toe. 2. Move the FITBENCH to the desired location. 3. To re-engage the locking feet, repeat the engagement steps. Remember, the FITBENCH STUDIO's 3rd wheel facilitates easy movement on hard surfaces like rubber, wood, or concrete. However, it may be more challenging to move on carpet, turf, grass, or other soft surfaces. Always ensure your FITBENCH is on a level surface before engaging the locking feet to ensure stability and safety during your workouts.
