Un-Joining the Transceiver (to prepare for a new encrypted network group):

1. Power on the transceiver.
2. Press and hold the 'Grp' button for approximately 15 seconds. The TWP and PoE LEDs will illuminate, then turn off after about a second, indicating the transceiver is now un-joined.

Joining the Transceiver (to add to an existing encrypted network group):

1. Disconnect a transceiver from the existing group and connect the new, un-joined transceiver.
2. Briefly press (for about 2 seconds) the 'Grp' button on the un-joined transceiver. A straightened paper clip can be helpful.
3. The PoE LED will start blinking.
4. Press the 'Grp' button on any transceiver already part of the encrypted network group.
5. Both transceivers are now in Joining mode.
