To reset your Yale NTB610 Keypad Access Cylindrical Lock to factory default settings, follow these steps: First, use the provided lever removal tool to remove the inside lever. Next, use the supplied hex wrench to remove the cover and then take out the batteries. If a network module is installed, remove it. Locate and remove the 10-32 x 3/4" pan head screw from the center of the battery housing. Now, remove the inside lock from the door to access the reset button located on the back of the inside lock; the cables can stay connected. Then, reinstall four (4) AA batteries. Press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds. While continuing to press the reset button, temporarily remove one (1) AA battery. Reinstall the battery. Release the reset button and wait about 15 seconds; the speaker will announce "Welcome to Yale." Finally, reassemble the inside lock and lever. If using a network module, remove the batteries, insert the module, and reinstall the batteries. After resetting the lock, the only available option is Master PIN Code creation, which must be set up before any other lock programming.
