To connect your DTK932V7 Network Bridge to your Dynalite system, follow these steps: First, ensure the device receives power from a single-phase supply at 0.5A. Connect the Neutral, Phase, and Earth cables to the appropriate terminals. The supply cables should be rated for at least 0.5 Amps. Second, connect using a screened, stranded RS485 data cable with three twisted pairs, such as Belden 9503, Garland MCP3S, or Hartland HCK603. Use the following color-coding scheme: Green/White for GND, Orange/White for +12V, Blue/White for DATA+, and White for DATA-. Third, configure the ports. The DTK932V7 has two RS485 ports: use the Left port for Dynalite devices like dimmers and panels and the Right port for data trunks or third-party devices like AV controllers or touch screens. Finally, use a 'daisy chain' connection method where devices are looped in and out with a single cable, terminating at the last device. Avoid spurs or stubs in the connection, and keep data cables separate from mains cables. Refer to the DTK932V7 manual for detailed instructions.
