Start assembly by loosely threading the screws (AA) and hex nuts (DD) onto the round mounting plate (CC), adjusting the length as needed for the fixture's canopy depth. Attach this assembly to the outlet box using the outlet box's mounting screws, ensuring it's secure. Next, lift the fixture to the mounting surface and pass screws (AA) through the canopy's mounting holes. Adjust the screw length to expose 3/16" of threads. Tighten the hex nuts (DD) against the mounting plate (CC) to secure the correct thread length. Strip 3/8" of insulation from the electrical wire ends. Using wire nuts (BB), connect the fixture wires to the supply wires: white to white, black to black. Also, connect the ground wires.
